Preliminary Designs
Initial sketches of the client's building to understand basic requirements such as area use or number of storeys. From here, we can begin the more detailed building drawings.
Building Drawings and Applications
These drawings are primarily used to present the proposal to the local Planning Authority to seek permission. Every local planning authority has different policies and requirements which can often make a simple planning submission into a complex process; our familiarity and experience can streamline this process and remove the potential difficulties with permission.
Planning Appeals
